Q: What if my chosen items are not available?
A: If for any reason this were to happen, we’ll contact you and ask that we can amend your order, don’t worry we’ll suggest the most appropriate alternative.

Q: When do I have to place an order by?
A: When you login we will automatically show the next available date for delivery. We have a cut off point of 2pm two days before your desired delivery date. So if you require a delivery on a Thursday, you need to place your order no later than 2pm on the Tuesday before.

Q: Why do you have a 2 days cut off for orders?
A: To keep Beetroot Blue brilliant, we make no compromises on quality but offer the best of ingredients, prepared with true skill and served with style. This means our chefs make almost all of our food here in our kitchens and we order ingredients, as we require them to ensure they are REALLY fresh and haven’t been sitting around for a while.

Q: Can I specify an exact time for delivery?
A: Beetroot Blue delivers within dedicated delivery slots - before 10am, before 11am, before 12noon, before 1pm, before 2pm, before 3pm, before 4pm, before 5pm and before 6pm. Just choose the one that suits you best.

Q: Do I receive cutlery, plates, paper napkins etc. with my order?
A: At Beetroot Blue we have everything you could possibly need to go with your order, all you need to do is pop them in your basket – you’ll find them in the finishing touches category of the menu section.

Q: How do I pay for my Beetroot Blue orders?
A: You can pay by credit card or debit card on our secure site. You can also pay on delivery. We’ll accept cheques backed by a bankcard or we can take cash. Our drivers don’t carry change though, so please make sure that you have the right money. You can also apply for an account that will be settled by Direct Debit, please call us on 0131 555 8474 to apply for an account.

Q: How do I amend an order?
A: Firstly, orders can be amended up until 2pm two days before delivery. To amend your order, log in with your e-mail address and password, and then select ‘amend order’. Simply select the order you want to amend and click ‘amend’. Your order will be re-loaded into your basket so you can amend the details, as you require. Once you’ve made the necessary changes click on ‘confirm amendments’. We will confirm your amendments via email very shortly after you send them.

Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: Unfortunately we do not accept cancellations via email. Any cancellations to an order must be made by calling 0131 555 8474 by 12 noon the day before the delivery date.
